The Suffolk County Registry of Probate is open from 8AM to 5PM weekdays.

On-street metered parking near the courthouse is available, but it is often very difficult to find an available space.

There are several public parking garages and lots in the vicinity of the courthouse. Rates vary, and can be expensive.

It is suggested that you make use of public transportation, as the courthouse is located near several convenient MBTA stations.

Also: Be sure to take our Virtual Tour prior to your visit. You'll have a better idea about the programs and services offered by the Registry before you arrive.
